Launch of Grammar Course for Key Stage One and Two English Teachers
The launch of our English grammar course to help teachers at Key Stages One and Two to meet the requirements of the National Curriculum is on schedule for November 2016. A pilot is taking place on the 23rd of November at a school in East Yorkshire to ensure that the course meets teachers’ needs when it is launched.
Year one to six pupils are expected under the National Curriculum to know and use a range of grammar terms. Our course is designed to help teachers to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the English grammar specified in the National Curriculum, and to provide guidance on strategies and methods to use to teach these grammar concepts at this level.
